Return & Refund

Should you experience any issues with the delivered art print due to any damage to the packaging, we suggest you take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at admin@zayneferwaan.com by attaching the photo as evidence. In your message, you can inform us if you require a refund or to exchange for the same art purchased and provide the purchase number.

Below is the list of factors accepted for return for exchange.

1. TEN days from the date of order have been delivered.

2. Art-print frame / product is broken when unboxed.

3. Art-print canvas is torn when unboxed.

We will then arrange for a courier to pick up the item for free.

Return/exchange process will take time. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please note that we will not accept returns based on the dissatisfaction of artistic opinions. Zayne's arts is are printed to the best resolution of pixels. Any blurred portions are part of the art, unless the print is so badly blurred and unrecognisable from the image online.

Data Privacy

We herein refer the payment processors such as Visa, Master, PayPal, etc. as "Intermediaries". The Intermediaries are fully responsible for compliance of their data protection policies and practices with any regulations including the GDRP. Your details are also solely for sending the purchased items to the email address for delivery tracking updates. We reserve the rights NOT to publish any inappropriate reviews at our end.
