1. The grace period for the art production of your purchase is about 3-7 days before it will be packed for delivery.
2. The total period for the entire fulfilment will take about 14 to 21 days including production and shipping upon payment.
3. Once packed and handed over to the shipping agent, you may contact the shipping agent by providing the tracking number to monitor the status of your purchase.
4. All purchase orders prices are inclusive of Tax and Shipping.  

For orders meant to be as a gift, we appreciate it if you could update your recipient address in your profile. 

We also encourage you to read the Return/Refund Policy indicated at the footer. We do not accept returns. However, we offer Refund/Replacement under certain unavoidable circumstances of deliveries.

The option of Refund is only applicable when the delivered item is damaged. Refund is not available for reasons of delivery duration as it has been clearly explained in detail above.
